Due to the corona situation Banedanmark advance our payments to our suppliers

We will like to contribute to diminish the damages the corona situation creates for companies and our suppliers. Banedanmark therefore advance our payments to our suppliers. This action is made in the light of the Government’s agreement with all the parliamentary parties (Folketinget) that public procurement should help to ensure that companies – and thus employees – get through the extraordinary situation as a result of coronavirus.

Practice is therefore changed for a period in order to create financial liquidity for suppliers.

In this connection, Banedanmark has initiated advancing payments to our many suppliers. This means in praxis that Banedanmark pays its bills as soon as possible – regardless of payment terms.
