InnoTrans 2018

A delegation from Banedanmark participated in InnoTrans in Berlin, which was held over several days in September.

InnoTrans is one of the largest fairs within rail way with approximately 3.000 exhibitors and 150.000 visitors. Here the industry meets and discuss new rail technology and infrastructure and presents products and exchange contacts.

Banedanmark gave a speech at the seminar ”Nordic Hour”, held by Advantage Austria, who wanted to introduce Austrian suppliers to the Nordic market of rail way projects and upcoming tenders. Also, the Swedish Trafikverket together with the Norwegian Bane NOR presented their rail way projects and upcoming tenders for the Austrian companies.

General Manager, Construction, Rune Stenbæk Olsen held a speech on establishing Favrholm Station south of Hillerød in Denmark and other Banedanmark projects. He told the Austrian companies how to find Banedanmark‘s upcoming respective current tenders at our homepage, and how to become a supplier to Banedanmark. Finally, Rune Stenbæk Olsen called for an expert inside immunization and mathematical modelling of EMC.
